The Friday of the women's retreat, the men will have a kid-friendly cookout at 6pm at the Dunns. Besides grilling hamburgers and hotdogs, there will be plenty of sharp objects to keep your kids occupied while the moms are at the retreat.

The guys will be defending their Trivial Crown on October 27th at The Hoboken Biergarten. You don't have to drink beer or be smart. It's a casual, low-stress night of conversation, interrupted by occasional trivia questions.

This is our first prayer retreat at Holy Cross Monastery. There will be time for silent contemplation and group discussion. The cost is roughly $250/person. Let Reed know if you are interested. We have 10 spots reserved but we can ask for more. More info coming in later months.
